The college had many complaints from students that, they could not register for future semesters because, either the classes were full or they were cancelled due to budget cuts, in order for the school to pay general expenditures. Being an international student, I always pay the highest amount of tuition fee in comparison to the local students, and I have to maintain above 12 units for every semester.
